Francesca has joined us in Italy to share with our clients and guests her love for Italy, her passion for cooking and her dream to prepare traditional Umbrian cuisine with tried and true family recipes in her Umbrian la cucina di casa set in the panoramic landscapes of the Green Heart of Italy: Umbria.

In our Italian Country Residence the enchantment of the upper terrace overlooking Lago Trasimeno, is the setting of the cucina, quietly nestled in the greens of the sloping mountainside.

Francesca offers an authentic, hands on cooking experience from Antipasti Platters to Pizza  in our traditional wood-burning Forno oven. A variety of Pasta making adventures, 3 & 4 course menu cooking classes and the offerings of private dinners.
